Durch unseren LIEBLINGSGLAS Fermentier Deckel können Gase und damit Druck durch das kleine Ventil aus dem Glas entweichen, ohne dass Sauerstoff hinein gelangt. So bleibt es steril, es kommen keine Keime ins Glas und das Gemüse bleibt garantiert frisch. Als perfekte Ergänzung gibt es im Kit Glasgewichte – so bleibt das Gemüse unten und die Flüssigkeit oben.
